Texas is a big, big state, with many a fandom, and the quickest way to ruin your date is by talking about the wrong team.
In the Lone Star State it’s better to stay neutral, and unless you both show up to dinner wearing burnt orange sweat-shirts, just talk about the game, not the players. Because the Texas one is seriously the biggest one you’ll see.
At Standard Automatic Fire Enterprises (SAFE), keeping you safe is job number one.
That’s why we offer state-of-the-art fire protection services for jobs large and small, from commercial and industrial to residential.
Don’t worry though, with a little practice, a little patience, and probably a lot of booze, you’ll soon show up to a family calf fry fluent in Texan and friendly with “all y’all.” To honor our King George, you’ll listen to a Strait song every time the clock shows an “8” at the end. Thou shalt also order the warm peanut butter banana cookies because they’re damn good no matter who you’re dating.
Amarillo by Morning, All My Exes Live in Texas, Check Yes or No, Write This Down, Love Without End Amen, The Chair. Please, for the sake of the relationship, love football, but do not state your allegiance to any team.
With the skills and dedication of a small core team, SAFE began to grow steadily in to the respected fire protection solutions provider it is today.
When your project requires dependable, SAFE performance, you can count on us to deliver.
Blackwater Draw is an intermittent stream channel about 140 km (87 mi) long, with headwaters in Roosevelt County, New Mexico, about 18 km (11 mi) southwest of Clovis, New Mexico, and flows southeastward across the Llano Estacado toward the city of Lubbock, Texas, where it joins Yellow House Draw to form Yellow House Canyon at the head of the North Fork Double Mountain Fork Brazos River. Evidence of "fluted" points, spearheads also known as Clovis points (a New World invention) and other stone and bone weapons, tools, and processing implements were found at the archaeological site.
The Clovis points were lanceolate and often longer than Folsom points.
These artifacts are in association with the remains of extinct Late Pleistocene megafauna, including mammoth, camel, horse, bison, saber-toothed cat, sloths, and dire wolf that were hunted by the early peoples who visited the site.
It sounds weirder than it is, but all Texans are seeing a Beaver called Buc-ee on the side.
Known to seduce people with Beaver Nuggets and Kolaches from Temple down to Baytown, Buc-ee isn’t a threat, rather a serious way to spice up any relationship (or road trip).
